We’ve taken steps to mitigate some of the impact. The issue is caused by a 3rd party vendor thus we are continuing to work with our networking and infrastructure providers to troubleshoot the issue with intercepts in the European region.

We experienced an issue where workflows that were triggered by events other than survey response events would have fired regardless of failing to meet their conditions (this would include ticket events, JSON events, Salesforce events, and Healthcare events). As an effect of mitigating the impact of some of the workflow runs, there may be remaining workflows in the "Run History" tab with a status of "In queue".
This lasted from 1:05 and 2:17 PM MST in both the Western US region and the Eastern US region. This incident has been resolved.
