A backend migration of XM Directory is scheduled to take place in the Asia Pacific region on Wednesday March 22nd at 03:00 AM AEDT. This migration should take around 5 minutes. During this migration, users will experience an outage of service for XM Directory and may experience intermittent issues with survey taking and dashboards.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Surveys (Survey Taking), XM Directory & Contacts (XM Directory Automations, XM Directory Imports, Directory Contacts), and Dashboards.
