We experienced an issue with Legacy Results Report Exports in all regions from 24 January to 7 February. This issue has been resolved. This is referring to the Results Report page highlighted in this support page: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/reports-module/results-section/reports-overview/. If the export failed or your email containing the exported Legacy Results Report was not received, please try running it again.
