A backend migration of XM Directory is scheduled to take place in the Western US region on Wednesday March 22nd at 1:30 AM PDT. This migration should take around 5 minutes. During this migration, users will experience an outage of service for XM Directory and may experience intermittent issues with survey taking and dashboards.
