A backend migration of XM Directory is scheduled to take place in the Eastern US region on Friday March 24th at 09:30 AM UTC. This migration should take around 5 minutes. During this migration, users will experience an outage of service for XM Directory and may experience intermittent issues with survey taking and dashboards.
