A backend migration of XM Directory is scheduled to take place in the Canadian region on Tuesday March 21st at 2:00 AM EDT. This migration should take around 5 minutes. During this migration, users will experience an outage of service for XM Directory and may experience intermittent issues with survey taking and dashboards.
