The Qualtrics XM Community will be unavailable from April 3 through approximately April 17. This downtime is due to vendor and data migration delays from one community platform to another community platform. The XM Community team is working closely with the new vendor to reduce this downtime and bring the Community back to operational status as soon as possible. An email will be sent to XM Community members March 31 notifying members of the scheduled downtime, and another email will go out mid-April once the Community is back up and running.

Qualtrics survey platforms will be unaffected by this change. This only impacts community.qualtrics.com
