A backend migration of XM Directory is scheduled to take place in the Japanese region on Tuesday March 21st at 03:15 AM JST. This migration should take around 5 minutes. During this migration, users will experience an outage of service for XM Directory and may experience intermittent issues with survey taking and dashboards.
