This incident affected: Surveys (Survey Taking, Survey Editing), Distributions (Email, SMS (Text)), XM Directory & Contacts (XM Directory Automations, XM Directory Imports, Directory Contacts), Support (Live Support), and Logins, Data Processing, Projects, Administration, Dashboards, Reports, Workflows, Ticketing, API / Developer Platform, Stats iQ & Text iQ.
